When you submit the form, the entered information is transmitted through Formspree and delivered to info@easydocs.info.
1. Purpose and legal basis
The form is used only to receive, assess and answer your request and take requested pre-contractual steps. Name, e-mail, selected service and message are processed under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). The checkbox confirms that you read the Privacy Policy; it is not marketing consent.
2. Sensitive information
Do not enter passport or tax numbers, health information, criminal records, bank details or copies of documents in the initial form. If needed, a suitable secure channel will be provided.
3. Recipients and retention
Authorised personnel and necessary providers, including Formspree as the form transmission provider, may access the request. It will be shared with an independent professional only where necessary for the requested service. Initial enquiries will normally be kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact.
4. Rights
The rights and complaint procedure in the full Privacy Policy apply. Controller identity and the dedicated privacy contact will be completed before the website’s final commercial launch.
