3. Purposes and legal bases
- To review and respond to your request and take pre-contractual steps — GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
- To comply with legal, accounting or regulatory obligations — Article 6(1)(c).
- To protect the website, prevent misuse and establish or defend legal claims — Article 6(1)(f).
- Marketing will require separate, optional consent and is not currently offered through this website.
4. Required information
Required fields are needed to assess and answer your request. Do not include passport numbers, health information, criminal records, bank details or copies of sensitive documents in the initial form. A secure channel will be provided if genuinely required.
5. Recipients and transfers
Data may be accessed only by authorised EASY.docs personnel, necessary IT or hosting providers and, where needed for the requested service, independent qualified professionals. Form submissions are transmitted through Formspree, operated by Formspree, Inc., as a technical service provider. Data may also be disclosed when required by law. Any transfer outside the EEA must use an appropriate GDPR safeguard.
6. Retention
Initial enquiries will normally be retained for no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless an engagement begins or a longer period is required by law or for legal claims. Technical logs are kept only as long as necessary for security and operation.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent where it is used. You may also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
